We make every effort to ensure that the product is delivered as ordered, however if your item is faulty or incorrect you can return them to us.
Please email email@example.com about the item you wish to return. Once we have confirmed that the product can be returned for replacement or refund, you will be asked to return your image back to us, in its original undamaged packaging with your full contact details within 10 days of receipt of your item. Any return postage is payable by you, the customer. You are liable for any risks associated with return postage, for example if the product is damaged or goes missing.
Any refunds made will be by crediting the original debit/credit card used to make the original purchase.
We are unable to make refunds for incorrectly measured walls and do not reimburse any extra costs arising out of any incorrect or defective products, or compensation for other costs incurred.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check the product on receipt, as we are unable to offer any refunds resulting from incorrect hanging of your item.

- Why you want to return the goods
